       Fall 2007 registration dates are complete. If you have not yet registered your child(ren) you can click on the link below and print out the form, complete it and mail it into the WASA office at 147 College St., Wadsworth, Ohio 44281. You will need to provide a copy of your childs birth certificate and a small color photo in order for your registration to be complete(U9 and above ONLY).

AS OF JUNE 1, THERE WILL BE A $10 LATE FEE ADDED TO THE FEE
BELOW FOR PLAYERS IN U9 AND ABOVE.

NOTE:  Your third child (the youngest player) is only half price and fourth child or more play for free.  Additionally, if you have financial difficulty in paying your player fees, you may be eligible for a *Financial Hardship Waiver.  Please inquire with a board member.

* Due to the generosity of Frank Muhl and folks like him, WASA has a modest allocation of funds for the purpose of making sure any child who would like to play soccer will not be denied due to their finances.   If you would like to be part of the WASA sportsmanship endowment, please contact the Treasurer.

*NOTE: In house fees were lowered $5 due to the fact that we are switching to "reversible" jerseys.
