Outside
of family and teachers, a child's coach may be one of the most
significant influences on their life. The coach's role in
educating players on teamwork, sportsmanship and a competitive spirit
will go a long way in developing character traits we want all our
children to have. The responsibilities placed upon you are
enormous and should not be taken lightly, but the rewards are just as
great. A child's positive memories of their coach will last
a lifetime.
